Shipping

Although Cynthia would prefer to knock on your door and deliver your jamescyn to you in person, so she can see the look on your face when you open the package, it’s more realistic to send your jamescyn  via the US Post Office to United States addresses (  arrival time is 6 – 10 business days from receipt of the order ). It will be insured, and you will need to sign for it so the girl next door won’t be tempted to abscond with it before you get home!

Shipping to International addresses is available but please contact Cynthia via e-mail ( jamescyn@gmail.com ) before placing the order to discuss fees and payment arrangements.

Refund policy

Cynthia wants you to love your jamescyn as much as she does, but, if for any reason it’s not right for you…it doesn’t quite match your eyes, or you threw your errant husband out the day it arrived and you need to use all your money to hire a lawyer, please contact her ( 413-559-7731 or see the Contact Page for e-mail info) and she will discuss your refund request with you. If your request is granted she will give you instructions on how to return the jamescyn for a full refund of the purchase price.

All refund requests must be made within 30 days of the order date.

She really does create each jamescyn one at a time, with great care, love, and meticulous attention to detail. Refunds will be made upon receipt of the jamescyn but are dependent on the bag being returned in the same pristine condition in which it was originally sent to the buyer. Return shipping charges are the responsibilty of the sender but may be refunded at Cynthia’s discretion.

Tax

Any jamescyn that will be delivered to a Massachusetts address will have a 6.25% sales tax applied to the order during the checkout process.
